What this covers

This policy explains what Never Retype collects when you use our website and our product, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you contact us. Your name, work email, company, role and anything you type into the form. We use it to reply to you and to prepare for a conversation. We do not sell it.

When you use the calculator. Nothing. The figures you enter are computed in your browser and are not sent to us. If you carry a result through to the demo form, that number travels in the link and only reaches us if you submit the form.

When you use the product. The purchase orders that arrive in the mailbox you nominate, and the catalogue data needed to match a customer’s part codes to your SKUs. Access to that mailbox is read-only. We do not read any other folder, and we cannot send, reply to or delete anything in it.

Personal information about your staff

Purchase orders carry names, email addresses, phone numbers and delivery addresses belonging to your customers’ staff. We process that information solely to read the order and enter it, as a processor acting on your instructions. It is never used to train a model that serves another company, and it is never sold or shared for advertising.

Who owns customer content

You do. Spend data, usage data and vendor terms belong to your company. We do not sell them, and we do not pool them with other customers.

Retention and deletion

We hold customer data for as long as your account is active. On termination you can export it, we revoke our own access to your systems, and we delete on a defined schedule after that.

Sub-processors

We use third parties for hosting, email delivery and error monitoring. Each is bound by contract to handle data only as instructed. We will provide the current list on request.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected] and we will handle it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will say so here and date it, rather than editing quietly.
